Item(s) must be returned within 15 days of receipt of product. You are responsible for paying return shipping on a case by case basis. Allow 7-14 business days for refund after return is accepted.
A flaw in the finish or production of the product; we determine if we will grant your refund. Email us if there is a problem, and we will do everything to take care of it. If it was damaged in shipping we have made provisions for that in the shipping fee, and must allow the carrier time to inspect the damaged item per policy.
